The Comic Reader

Settings

Here you'll be able to activate a cookie on your computer that'll enable "reading tracking" which just means that your computer will keep track on which pages you read and not. More technical info below.

NOT Activated

  • NO reading tracking
  • NO marking of unread images
  • Manually change language (from default language: English)
» Activate 'THE COMIC READER'

Why should you activate this?

Simply because with one click you'll let your computer keep track on the last page (in posting order) that you visited. So if you go on vacation or just forgets to visit this site, you just go to the direct address www.humanwaste.se/reader and there you'll find the page you read the last time (for continuity reasons).

This way, you'll guard yourself from unnessesary spoilers and just make your brain remember more important stuff, like the story itself, for instance.

To activate 'The Comic Reader', just click the link: Activate 'THE COMIC READER'.

What is this cookie thingy then?

And most important - Is it dangerous?

No, not at all. A cookie is a tiny text-file with information that websites for some reason wanna save in your computer. Humanwaste.se is simply just storing a unique ID that makes it possible to keep track on what you read on this page. No information about you, or even that can be linked to you as a person is stored in our database.

If you delete the cookie (which of course can, and should be done from the website), then this site don't know anything about your activity on this site or anywhere else. As simple as that.

About 'The Comic Reader'

Simply just a word I came up with to make people aware that I made this to make the reading of my comics easier. This has been an absolute must for me, since I often can't stand reading comics online, due to the poor websites behind them.

I'm the developer and designer behind everything you see here. From the code and database design to the actual comic. I live in Sweden and spend alot of time indoors. And I like it.
